While the Wizards built the Palace of Hoshigami to house the realm's physical network, it is The Watchful Circle that keeps the gears turning. They are the resident operators, living within the Palace to provide 24/7 oversight of the Amethyst Anchor.

In this lawless frontier, the Circle acts as the kingdom’s "dispatch." They monitor the cables of violet light that connect the outposts, patching physical rifts as they appear and translating the complex data of the network into the Starfall Ledger. They are the bridge between the Wizards' raw power and the kingdom's survival.

Variable: BUG

The Circle maintains a strict watch on Bug. As the Guardian of the Mischievous, his behavior is the Circle's primary "early warning system" for hardware interference.

If Bug grows restless in the Palace halls, the Circle initiates a Level 4 Network Lockdown.
